Yesterday and today have been the same ol' same ol': gym, AdvoCare supplements, lots of veggies, lean protein.... You know the drill by now.
Except today I was able to fit into a pair of shorts from last June, something I couldn't do by the end of LAST summer, I had gained so much weight. They are still not the perfect fit, but I am not slopping out over the tops and can button them without having to suck it in! A minor accomplishment, but on the long road to healthy weight and body, I'll take whatever victories I can!
We start the "Lean in 13" phase in two days. I hope I get even better results at the end of it.
