Day 1 (Cleanse): PM

We made it through the day! The Hubby is not super fond of the Fiber Drink, but choked it down like a champ; I don't mind it at all! Other than that, it has been a super easy program to follow. I'll post his "BEFORE" stats tomorrow.


The Spark helped me through the afternoon doldrums (fruit punch-yum!), and I had an excellent workout this evening. I really ramped up the RPM's on the cycle, and switched my mat exercises to machines with weight. So excited to push through the recovery process, and to start gaining back some of the muscle mass lost during the last 5 weeks.


If the next 23 days are this easy, it will be a breeze! Why aren't more people clued in?!
My energy drink comes chock full of Vitamins A, C, E, B6, B12, and is colored with natural beet juice.  What is in YOURS?
