Day 1 (Cleanse): AM
Followed my Day 1 morning instructions and I feel SO FULL! I am coming off of a summer cold (bleh) and started my you-know-what today (great timing, Mother Nature), so I am trying to stay positive, and hoping that I will have some extra energy to get me through the next few days because, honestly, I woke up feeling like crap.
I also weighed myself today, took all my measurements, and snapped the dreaded "BEFORE" picture. YIKES!!!! What an eye-opener! I totally need this, inside and out!
I am grabbing a quick snack (raw almonds) and more water. Later I will be off to the gym, and will update the rest of my day before bed.
